With our Office in a Box service we supply preapproved equipment from our preferred suppliers directly to the home.
We agree a budget for your staff and they then choose their equipment using our dedicated on-line portal.
We can offer IT peripherals, such as monitors or laptop cradles. We can provide furniture such as ergonomic chairs and workstations. We can supply stationery such as printer cartridges and paper. In the future we aim to provide other services such as a help desk, broadband and PAT testing to provide a one-stop-shop for home workers.
We check the suitability of your staff's home working environment as part of our on-line survey tool. The survey generates recommendations for the furniture and equipment needed to work comfortably and safely.
Our preferred suppliers not only deliver the furniture and equipment but also set it up. We have a further user-friendly self-assessment checklist for the new home workers. Our team of auditors make random spot checks to ensure the home working environment has been correctly set up, for example with good cable management and free from trip hazards.
