We will identify the elements in the team and business that support remote working and those areas in need of improvement. We then make any recommendations required to prepare your organisation for remote working.

Suitability Profiling

We then use our interactive on-line survey tool to profile your staff and assess those most suited to remote working. The asessment is based on their role, their work activities, their personality and their home working envisessment.

Our research has shown that certain personality types are better suted to home working. However we provide training to those less suited.
